Jackson Tyler
Jackson is a skilled trial lawyer who utilizes a deep background in complex litigation to advocate for individuals harmed by dangerous products, corporate negligence, and preventable accidents. Jackson brings a strong foundation in litigation, appellate advocacy, and trial preparation to each case he handles.
Before joining Lucas Law Firm, Jackson refined his litigation skills at a prominent Kansas City firm, where he represented clients in complex business disputes and election law matters, including cases at the United States Supreme Court. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Zel M. Fischer on the Missouri Supreme Court, where he helped shape Missouri law on critical legal issues.
His practice today draws on this background to provide thorough case analysis, detailed legal research, and effective courtroom advocacy on behalf of individuals harmed by defective products, unsafe practices, or negligent conduct.
